The Dexter
STUNNING SIMPLICITY WITH A CONTEMPORARY TWIST
This compact 2,900 S.F. mini-modern house sits atop a small infill lot in Denver. Custom details and carpentry were implemented throughout the home. The core concept was to create a treehouse feeling in the master bedroom, overlooking the trees and breathtaking landscape below. Although small in size, the Dexter is enormous impact, creating an unforgettable effect sure to impress and inspire.
